Data We Collect
We collect minimal personal information to provide our services: your name, email address, and country of residence. Payment information is collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information to process and deliver your eSIM orders, send order confirmations and eSIM installation details, provide customer support, and improve our services.
Tax Compliance Data
We collect your country of residence at checkout to determine applicable VAT or other consumption taxes. Processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject). We also derive an approximate country from your IP address when you visit the checkout page and store it with your order record to help us detect and prevent payment fraud; this use is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent transactions).
Marketing and Communications
We may use your contact information to send you promotional offers, product updates, and travel-related content from LineCast Networks and selected third-party partners. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing gdpr@linecast.net (for GDPR / data-protection requests only).
Data Sharing
We share your information only as necessary to provide our services: with Stripe for payment processing, with our eSIM providers to provision your eSIM profile, with Trustpilot to invite you to review your purchase, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
